Bing Weather is a very popular application from Microsoft Corporation with which you will be able to monitor the weather in eleven cities around the world simultaneously, and ten of them can be put as tiles on the home screen to organize quick access to the weather in a particular region.
Even judging by the application's title, it is clear that efforts to its development were put by the developers of the Bing service, but the underlying data about the weather conditions come from such meteo-services as Foreca Weather and AccuWeather. These services have long been known for the more or less believable information about the weather, so you can trust them like yourself.
Application's settingsIn the settings of the application, you can change the metric system to the English one, activate live tiles, turn on the auto-updating of the data (at that, the traffic, of course, will increase a little bit and the battery will hold a charge a little less time), and allow the program to display information on a locked screen. The application's interface is very simple and easy to use. You can navigate between screens with information by using the horizontal gestures in any direction.
Navigation through sectionsOnce the program is loaded (assuming that you have already set up communities of interest), you get to the home screen with the information about the weather for the current day, where you can learn about the temperature of the air, visibility, humidity, air pressure, wind speed and direction, as well as how a person feels the weather. That is, for example, with a strong north wind and high humidity the weather will be felt way less enjoyable than you might think looking at an ordinary thermometer, and the program will tell you about it.
After making a gesture to the left, you will find yourself on the screen which will introduce to you the weather for the next 10 days. It is clear that it would be foolish to believe this forecast is 100% true, but you definitely can figure out something about your plans for the weekend. Another gesture to the left, and you can see the hourly weather for the next day (exactly 24 hours from the start of the program).
ResumeAnother gesture in the previously-mentioned direction will take you to maps on which you can trace the direction of movement of clouds, precipitation, and temperature fluctuations in your country. The final gesture to the left will take you to a screen where you can add to favorites 11 settlements, regardless of where on the planet they are. The application has a very nice design and you will surely enjoy it.
