In front of you is a nice bowling simulator for Windows Phone, AE Bowling 3D. Already considering the name of the game, it is easy to guess that you will find three-dimensional graphics of quite good quality. In addition to the graphics, the game will please you with realistic physics because of which it will be rather difficult to play, despite a very sensitive and convenient controlling. The essence of the game is that you have to knock down bowling pins standing at the end of a long alley with the help of hefty balls.
Modes and rules of the gameDepending on your choice, you can play on your own, that is just for the result, but also with a virtual or real opponent. These types of games as well have a few variants, so you won't get bored and will grow tired of the game a long time after you start it. As in the real bowling, you will find rounds of ten frames each of which provides you with the opportunity to do two throws. It is clear that in case of knocking out a strike (when all the pins fall down after the first shot), the need for the second throw passes away, and you move on to the next frame.
Game points are awarded in different ways. In cases when you do not knock down all the pins even with two shots, the frame is considered to be open and you get as many points as there are pins knocked down. If you make a strike, you get ten points plus the results of the next two frames. If you perform a spare (this is when all of the pins fall down, but only after the second throw), the points for the next (one) frame are added to the results of the current frame. In cases when you make a strike at the last (tenth) frame, you are given the opportunity to make two more shots, and if it the tenth turns out to be a spare, you are given only one more throw.
ControllingHere is actually all that can be said about the basic rules of the game. Controlling in the game is performed by using gestures on the touch screen and an accelerometer, depending on what type you choose. By default, you can only play through gestures. To throw the ball in the stated direction, it is necessary to make a sliding motion with your finger from the bottom edge of the screen to the top (carefully, don't touch the advertising banner). At the time while the ball is rolling on the bowling alley, you have the opportunity to correct its direction.
ResumeIn order to do this you need to swipe in the desired direction, and the ball will deflect from the original path. It is important to know that you are allowed to change the direction of the ball only once, and you won't succeed in making him wag on the track. On the left side of the playing field, there is a small button with a picture of balls. Click on it, and you can change the design of a ball (color and pattern). The game is free, but as you have probably already realized, it will bother you with advertisings.
