Ricochet Ninja is a very simple and fascinating time-killer for Windows Phone in which we await the role of the black ninja that perfectly masters the shuriken throwing. However, the latter precisely will depend on us or how much the luck will be supportive. The goal of the game is one and lies in the fact that we have to destroy all the white ninja with the help of these old edged stars. Our potential victims stand like statues in various parts of locations and await their fate. However, their obedience doesn't make our challenge easier.
GameplayWith each new level the white ninja find more secluded places and it becomes more and more difficult to get them with shurikens. The name of the game has the word "ricochet" in it for good reason as it is on it (or them) the outcome will depend. In order to throw a star in some direction, just tap the screen and when there appears an image of the target and a line indicating the direction of flight, aim well and remove your finger from the screen. A shuriken will fly in the specified direction but even you cannot imagine what will be the result.
Aim better and maybe you will get luckyOnce you change the angle of sight by a few tenths of a degree and the result will be completely different. You can experiment by throwing a few shurikens in the same direction and you will see that in the end they will fly in different directions. The peculiarity of the game is that the stars can bounce off the various surfaces several times. When we tried to count the number of bounces we were surprised since it varies depending on the distance between the surfaces on which the star bounces and on the number of ninjas destroyed with them.
On the passage of each level you are given six shurikens. We won't say that this is not enough because there are situations in which you struggle over one level a few minutes repeatedly using all the stars, and then it turns out that you pass it with just a couple of throwings. Overall, really a lot depends on luck rather than the steadiness of the hand in the game.
ResumeThe game consists of 72 levels and all of them are available to you. The only thing that you will have to endure while playing is a small advertising banner at the bottom right of the screen. Although it is thanks to this nuance the Ricochet Ninja can be downloaded for free. The graphics in the game doesn't feature something special. The sound is simple as well and includes only the ringing of a shuriken rebounding from obstacles.
