Angry Birds Space is a new game for Windows Phone from the Finnish studio of Rovio, in which you await for new rumbles between the pigs and colorful birds taking revenge for stolen eggs. The planet Earth does not have any room in which pigs can hide from the evil birds, so they began to explore the space far beyond our solar system. At least, this is clear from the appearance of planets that we will see.

Gameplay features

In this game you will find not only new levels but also a new gameplay based on the behavior of the birds in weightlessness, as well as nearby planets having gravitational powers. In addition, you will come across a new bird that can freeze everything, and cosmic eggs creating a black hole that sucks in everything that is nearby. Because it has become more difficult to orient in the outer space, the developers have added a line of dots showing the flight path of a bird after it gets out of a slingshot.

Using the power of gravity of planets, you can destroy the pigs with one shot making a bird to accelerate at the time it revolves around the planet, coming to the surface. In some levels you do not have to destroy the pigs at all. It is enough to break a glass armour of a pig, and it will freeze to death and then burst into many pieces. Usually, it is almost impossible to get out of the gravitational field of a planet, but not for the pink bird that can inflate bubbles. Everything that falls into such a bubble becomes weightless, despite the gravitational powers of the planet.

Price of mistakes

In some levels you will have to do complex calculations and try to get to the most distant planet, overcoming the power of gravity of those planets and asteroids that are in close proximity. Mistakes in these cases will cost you very dearly, as a bird sent into open space dies absolutely in vain, having not benefited its brethren. The graphics in the game are of remarkable quality, as was the case of all previous series of Angry Birds. The sound was different, but that does not mean it has become worse - we're talking only about changing the music and other sounds.
