Here we have a classic Japanese puzzle game for Windows Phone, Sudoku. The game is designed in a low-key style, but in spite of this, it has a lot of options that allow to change the background from black to white, and to paint all other elements in any rainbow dye. Menu navigation is performed with the help of gestures, and the gameplay itself is carried out using conventional tap on the desired cells of the playing field and figures.
The task of the game is that you need to fill the playing field consisting of 81 cells with numbers from 1 to 9. However, figures should not be repeated neither in horizontal or in vertical rows. At the beginning of the game, depending on the selected difficulty, the board will already have few numbers. It's kind of hints, but you still need to know how to use them. Another way to check the correct alignment of digits is to look at the blocks with a side of 3 cells (3x3). It is not hard to guess that there are exactly 9 of these blocks on the playing field. So, the figures in them, too, must not be repeated.
Puzzle-cracking methodsYou can solve the problem with the help of the preliminary analysis or by the process of elimination. The first method involves a detailed study of the playing field and the alignment of 100% correct numbers (of course, there are mistakes, but this is the exception rather than the rule). The second way is that you arrange temporary numbers in smaller print in the places where they, in your opinion, could be. At this, the lines and columns may even consist of repeated numbers, but only until the moment you find the correct order.
Levels tange and hintsThe game has even the real clues. One of them puts one correct figure on the playing field, the others can fill the entire field with them, but you have to pay for that with game points which could have been posed in the X-Box Live standings. The game consists of 3,170 challenges and two sections (Classic and Lightning). The first section has 20 tasks in the Training mode, 150 in the Easy mode, 250 levels in the Moderate mode, 300 levels of Advanced, and 500 levels of Expert. The second section provides modes Gentle, Easy, Moderate and Intence (250, 400, 550 and 750 levels respectively).
ResumeThe higher the difficulty of a level, the fewer numbers will be placed on the playing field at the beginning, and the greater the chances that you will have to solve the problem by the process of elimination. To affix temporary numbers in small print and return to normal operation, you need to click on the button with a pen / pencil. Tips are invoked by tap on the button with a light bulb. The less time you spend on a level, the more points you score. The game embodies the best traditions of the genre and will surely appeal to fans of Japanese puzzles.
