Pudding Monsters for Android is wiggly jiggly fun. Smoosh all the pudding blobs together to make one big in this cute and silly puzzler game.
Pudding Monsters is veritable eye candy; or eye jell-o, as the case may be. As the story goes, there’s a mean lady who wants to eat all the jell-o in her refrigerator; she’s not evil, just hungry for gelatin. Well, I guess it’s actually pudding, but it looks more like jell-o to me. Anyhoo… all the jiggly little monsters are trying to escape. They get as far as the kitchen table, and that’s where the whole game unfolds.
Basically, this is a brain teaser puzzle game, and the objective is to smoosh together all the jiggly monsters into one big jiggly monster. Just swipe your finger across the screen to send the monsters wiggling and jiggling, smooshing into each other to create one big jell-o jiggler. As the levels progress, obstacles are added to the table and you have to really think and strategize what your best moves are to complete the puzzle. There's power ups and silly bonuses along the way, with lots of interesting levels.
The controls are simple, one finger swipes and work quite well. The animation is very cute and silly. And the sounds just make me laugh. The game does hang here and there, but I suspect that’s due to the push ads. If you like this game, you’d do good to just pay for the ad-free version as it will play much better.
Pudding Monsters is a lot of fun. Kids will love the eye candy graphics and playful looking monsters, while adults will appreciate the brain teaser challenge. This one is as fun to play as it is to look at.
