A fun top down zombie shooter

Neat graphics, lots of levels, addictive game play, simple controls
Zombie Craze for Android is a fun top down third person shooter game that gives you the chance to shoot zombie’s brains out across various different locations.
Whilst the colorful 3D graphics and bright damage animations keep your brain active, you’ll find that you’ll be spending most of your time in this game shooting down completely brainless enemies. You are given a joystick control to move your character around, and a fire button that can be pressed to automatically lock onto and fire at the zombies as they shuffle towards you.
Even though this game starts off as a fun experience, things start to get progressively more challenging, and the zombies you fight will become tougher. You’ll encounter different types of enemies, such as shield zombies or night time zombies. You will need to improve your movement skills and level up your equipment to keep yourself alive throughout each mission. You are also given a variety of fun, gimmicky melee weapons that can be used to take down zombies up close and personal. Whilst not all that functional, the melee weapons are entertaining to use, and add a bit of fun to the game.
The progressive item upgrade system allows players to keep upgrading their favorite weapons, but it also allows the developers to charge a little for in-game content. The gun prices aren’t too overpriced, but the more powerful the weapon, the more you’ll have to pay for it. Unfortunately, some of the best weapons are only available through in-app purchases, so you will need to spend real cash, or grind for in-game gold and purchase upgrades for the guns you already have.
All in all, Zombie Craze is a really fun zombie shooter with great graphics and a challenging mission based campaign. You’ll have a hard time getting through all of the missions, and this challenge helps to keep the game exciting for a long time.
Battle your way through hordes of undead

Relaxing battles, multiple game modes
Features in-app purchases, somewhat intrusive ads, uninteresting combat
Zombie Craze for Android is a 3rd person shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world that lets users blast away an army of encroaching zombies and vent all their anger on the undead.
Graphically it is an interesting and fluid experience. Animations for both the main character and enemies are well done. Environments are designed using bright colors that do well to deliver the overall jovial tone of the game over the usual bleak apocalyptic scenery present in most similar games. The world does feel somewhat stiff due to a rather repetitive layout and a shortage of visual elements. Battles tend to become difficult when caught in a tight corner.
In Zombie Craze there is no shortage of flying bullets, though. The main character will constantly fire upon any nearby zombies, leaving the user to focus upon movement and the use of abilities and bashing enemies using melee weapons.
Overall the game is much more lighthearted than most survival games and is designed especially for casual users. The game has enough appeal to retain the user’s attention, despite the many faults. As long as the user can overlook the stiff environments and simplistic battles the game is interesting enough. Even so, the game’s greatest fault is the automatic attack system. The lack of directional attacks leads to an inability to eliminate the most menacing enemies. This is also an issue when attempting to destroy pieces of the environment to cross into other zones.
