Extensive Solitaire game

Great amount of modes, no pop-up ads
Graphics are dull
Solitaire Collection for Android is a powerful solitaire app without many aggressive ads. There are multiple solitaire game modes to keep anyone from a solitaire beginner to a seasoned expert.
The game lets you play horizontally and vertically. Vertical is handy, but the cards were a little too hard for my screen and a little too tedious to shuffle around onto the different piles of cards. The horizontal version plays much better with the simple touch controls, but the graphics on the cards didn’t look as sharp as I wanted to. Instead they looked a little blurry.
The gameplay works fine, as it should - as there isn’t much innovation when it comes to making a solitaire game. I guess there could be some sort of disco solitaire with all of the cards glowing cool with cartoony graphics on the cards. Give me that game!
But Solitaire collection has more of a standard if boring oldness to it. It almost feels like a game made for adults. How dare they!
Theres a lot of modes to keep you busy. There is 10 decks, 8 diagonals, 9 decks, Bottomup, Double 10 decks, Double organize, Double solitaire, Foundations, Freecell… Lets just say If I were to name them all I’d be here awhile and so would you. Regardless, any kind of solitaire you want, the game seems to have it covered.
Solitaire Collection is a fair bargain for all of it’s modes and lack of annoying pop-up ads. It doesn’t really look like the coolest app, but I’m not sure that is necessary for die hard solitaire fans like I suspect most of you are.
