iHeartRadio for Android brings the powerful and multifaceted radio service iHeartRadio to Android. Inside the application you can choose from a variety of music categories to listen to, customize your favorite stations, and even find music recommendations.
While iHeartRadio has a lot of cool and useful features, it is still easy to use. After launching the application you pick the genre you want and music starts playing. After that you can give compliments to the DJ, by pushing thumbs up or down, or even get extra information about the artist.
Once you leave the music listening part of the application you can also explore other useful things. There is a favorite section to add your favorite stations (simply done by hearting a station). The system of the application also works within a sort of subsection system. For the home tab, you can see what might be “perfect for” you - that includes stations for Tailgating, A Road Trip, etc.
The other tabs are there for finding other channels and creating new stations. At the bottom there is even a panel that provides an alarm clock, and a sleep timer for those who like music when they go to sleep.
iHeartRadio the application is a good extension of the service iHeartRadio. It’s a great application for listening to radio and provides many ways for you to enhance your music listening experience by trying to give you what you want how you want it.

iHeartRadio does not work for me with headphones on Moto X running 4.4.4.  With headphones, the sound comes out the device speaker, and is emitted it short chunks, a bit of sound approximately every 1 second.  Is there any solution for this?

Hello,
This is most likely a compatibility issue. Firstly it would be great if you could restart the device and then test with a different pair of headphones. If this issue still occurs, you should submit the issue to the developers and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
