Review Transworld Endless Skater
Highly detailed skateboarding on urban obstacle courses

Funny sounds, quality 3d graphics, really addictive
Lags a bit, animation is a bit laggy, difficult to play without in-app purchases
Transworld Endless Skater for Android puts some grind and street cred on your gizmo. Skate it, thrash it, skin it, then hit the ER; totally rad, dude.
Transworld Endless Skater is like X-Games for your Android. You’re a skater dude thrashing various urban locales. You can do jumps, tricks and even wipe-out so bad that you’ll need a medic; just like real life skating. There are several urban courses to unlock and play, and the renderings are really good.
The controls are excellent, though perhaps a little too elaborate. The screen is sectioned off into various zones, each of which performs a different function. The highly developed system assures you can skate with an extreme degree of control and nuance. But it also assures that there’s a heavy learning curve if you’re going to get very deep into this game. I had a real hard time keeping track of which part of the screen does what, but I can appreciate the attention to detail. Similar to real skateboarding, this is the kind of game you really need to commit to in order to enjoy its full potential.
The 3D style graphics are excellent, as is the animation, though it did lag from time to time. The sounds are perfect and appropriately funny when the skater dude wipes out and crashes. You can really do a lot of tricks and stunts with accuracy, thanks to the superior app construction.
Transworld Endless Skater is an excellent skateboarding app, but I question how much fun it can sustain without tapping your wallet. However, if you’re into skateboarding, this app may well be worth the time and financial investment it will take to master it.
