Review 9 Cards Home Launcher

Convenient interface
Weak functionality
With a plethora of launchers added in the Play Store everyday, it is certainly hard to pick out a launcher that best suits your needs and does not drain your battery while doing so. 9 cards Home Launcher may sound kind of a bizarre name for a launcher, but this is launcher that fits in definition.
The non-intrusive nature of the application is actually not needed, since you get to open the application from your application list whenever you want to, hence making it inconvenient to use. Trigger the application and you’ll be introduced to a short tutorial explaining different features. All of your applications will be sorted in many tiles of different categories, but nine cards on each screen, and hence the title.
You can also add other categories and make your own, all of which will include apps according to the category. Apart from neat organization, it also adapts to your usage, collecting information on how you use your mobile data during the day, which apps you use for work and all that stuff. Basically, the more you use, the more it adapts to your usage.
Then there’s a cool sidebar available as well, and an option to open the music or the video collection in your device when headphones are connected which is pretty handy feature while listening to music on-the-go, and support for many well known icon packs to customize them as you want to.
All in all, the launcher is pretty impressive, with the only drawback lying in its so-called ‘non-intrusiveness’. Otherwise, it is a great application with great features, with extra features added if you choose to buy the pro version.
