Review Weather Live

Various features, nice interface, minimalist design
Small Fonts, needs more custom settings
Weather Live for Android is really nifty. It has some very nice functionality and great looking widgets, all for the very reasonable price of absolutely free.
My favorite part of the app is the ability to add multiple cities that you'd like to monitor, and then it's just simple left and right swipes to switch between your saved locations. It's a great way to quickly swap one location to the next and quickly get the run down of the local forecast. So if I want to brag to my cousin in New York about our eternal L.A. sunshine, this app lets me make a fast comparison of how warm we are compared to how how quickly her toes might freeze. But fret not, the constant threat of earthquakes, never ending traffic and self-absorbed douche bags is the price we pay for eternal sunshine. So it all equals out. The downside Weather Live feature, is you can only add 2 cities on the free version and have to upgrade to add more cities.
The biggest problem I has with this app was the small fonts and tiny extended forecast data. I wish it offered more custom options and varying widget sizes. The detail on the extended was just too sparse and I couldn't easily find a way to expand the information. But I do love how the weather graphics change to match the conditions. This live forecast can be set to update hourly or a set number of times per day.
ResumeWeather Live is great, however I don't know if it offers much over my Galaxy's stock weather app. But still, it's nice to have options and alternatives. The only thing this app doesn't do is get you dressed in the morning and feed you breakfast. Outside of that, it has all the info you need to start your day and keep tabs on what moisture may or may not come falling from the sky. What more do you want for free?
