Neat graphics, dynamic game play, really addictive
Needs to be elaborated, very common, animation is a bit laggy
*Warning* Garden Mania 2 is highly addictive, may cause you to loose sleep, neglect your responsibilities and induce anti-social behavior. In other words, it’s fun!
Garden Mania 2 for Android is Candy Crush for your garden. This one builds upon the original Garden Mania to bring new levels, power ups and goodies that you’ll just have to discover and enjoy for yourself. Game play is similar to all games of this genre, just swipe and slide across the screen to move the cute veggies. Match 3 or more for the Mania to begin. Some moves only trigger small matches, but the fun part is when you trigger a chain reaction and the matches happen rapid-fire, one after the other. When the mania really kicks in, everything almost happens too fast to even know what’s going on. Personally, I’d say that’s the moment when the addiction to this game kicks in, hard.
Honestly, this kind of game has never really been my thing. But Garden Mania 2 may have hooked its claws into me. This is the kind of game that keeps ringing in your head long after you play. Everywhere I look, I see cute vegetables to match. There are around 165 levels. Everything is very colorful, funny and visually appealing. Kids would love all the action and funny characters, while mature players will appreciate the strategy and thinking required. Gather as many crops as you can before you run out of moves. Earn boosters, extra moves and power-ups along the way, all with Facebook integration so you can challenge your friend’s scores.
Garden Mania 2 is fun. But a word to the wise: remember there’s a whole world out there to experience, so stop playing and look up from your screen once in a while. Oh, and maybe stay away from the produce isles at the grocery store. There’s just no explaining yourself if you have some sort of flashback and wake up sitting on the floor, trying to match all the different produce for sale. I hate it when that happens.
