Nice soundtrack, exciting tracks, dynamic game play, true-to-life physics, interesting levels, dynamic game play, convenient controls, true-to-life physics
Outdated graphics, too fewer levels, too few levels, graphics could have been better
Colin McRae Rally is a rally racing game for Android devices that was ported to mobile devices from PC. It features classic but dynamic game play, interesting tracks, and true-to-life physics as well as lets you try driving iconic rally cars on the roughest terrain all around the world.
This game has a minimalist menu interface and lets you choose between quick race, single stage, championship, and single rally modes. The controls are pretty standard for this genre. You will need to use either your g meter or on-screen buttons to accelerate, brake and handbrake, as well as steer.
It’s all about classic in Colin McRae Rally and therefore there will be no track map and you will need to listen to your second driver instructions. You won’t see the rival car driving on the same track and you will need to look at the top bar to learn its position. Mind though that it’s really easy to destroy your car in this game. Drive safely!
Colin McRae Rally is a great elaborate racing game for Android that makes it possible to dive into the world of true rough terrain rallies. Though priced at $5, which we believe is decent, it has too fewer levels and the graphics that could have been made in a better way.
