Challenging controls, animation is a bit laggy
Yes, daddy is a thief in this game, but he’s just trying to earn a living.
This is a basic downward scrolling maze game. You start off on the rooftop of a bank and work your way downward from floor to floor of the building. Move downward from level to level collecting coins (robbing the bank) and evading police and opponents. Oh, and lots of stuff goes boom. It’s just good mindless fun.
The controls are simple, just swipe downward to bash the floor beneath you and jump down to the next floor. Swipe up to take out enemies, dodge gunfire and avoid obstacles. There’s a death ray kind of thing that makes you smaller and makes it harder to bash stuff, because you’re itty-bitty; but you return to normal size after a few moments. The fun part can be bashing the floor beneath obstacles and appliances, because they fall through to the floor below, squashing anything in the way. Out of the blue, you’ll encounter a bathtub; jump inside to plummet multiple floors at once and leave a path of destruction in your wake. Why you encounter bathtubs and appliances in the hallways of a bank is unclear, but then, details like that never really make sense in games like this. The sounds are good and it looks like it should be interesting for a while. I like the lead character and graphics; well done and original.
ResumeOverall, this is a fun game, even if the controls can be a challenge. The graphics are very well done and the controls are simple without being limiting. It’s the kind of game you can play throughout the day, whenever you have a few moments to kill.
