Help reunite Milo and Bear
Detailed visuals, well-crafted story, interesting puzzles
Puzzles are far and few between, game is too short

Fetch for Android is a beautifully crafted point and click adventure that asks one simple question: “How far would you go to save your pet?” Milo is a boy who enjoys running around with a space helmet on his head, but when Bear, his dog and best friend, is dog-napped, he must traverse sewers, dangerous deserts and a museum to find him.
The first thing I want to point out is how great this game looks. It looks like the port of a PC point and click adventure. Something that you might find on Steam. Character design is simple but stylized. The result is a great aesthetic that is friendly and inviting. It fits the world the game is trying to build perfectly. The audio can be a bit hit or miss. The game will sometimes talk to you in one of those old school text-to-speech voice generators, but the voice acting is really well done for a mobile game.
The game’s story is fairly simple but lighthearted. Unfortunately, everything wraps up in about an hour. The game is littered with mini games in the form of arcade cabinets that are fun in the short spans of time you play them in, and the puzzles are fun, but there is just so little of it there. For $3.99, you expect there to be just a bit more gameplay. And the game doesn’t really lend itself well to replays either.
Fetch is a great point and click game, but it feels more like a point and click lite rather than a full-fledged game. The characters are nice and the game looks great, but I wish there was more there.
