Review Neo Wars Space Conquest RTS
A sci-fi themed node-based RTS

Incredibly graphics, hectic gameplay, battle up to 3 ai
Has a learning curve, slow progression
Over my time spent reviewing mobile games, I’ve stumbled upon a very few amount of war games that I felt like they belonged on the platform. NeoWars for Android is a war game that has a premise I’ve seen before but makes it a more visual experience.
This is sci-fi themed node-based RTS. I’ve played a handful of these before and have always thought they were really great. Real time strategy games for mobile devices are incredibly hard to pull off because they typically take hundreds of actions a minute and you simply can’t have that sort of control over a game that has nothing but virtual buttons.
A game like this eliminates the need for that because while you’re still performing tons of actions, you can only move units from one of a handful of locations and they reproduce on their own. This leaves the player free to think about strategy over anything else. NeoWars introduces a sci-fi theme along with some very cool limitations to make the game really interesting on this platform. It features over 50 planets, five levels of difficulty, buffs, debuffs, permanent upgrades and some really sweet visuals.
I’m hesitant to call NeoWars my favorite node-based RTS because I’m pretty partial to the first one I played, but this one retains everything that made that one great and slaps on an even more impressive visual element to it. If you’re looking for a new strategy game to try out, give this one a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
