A unique puzzle game
Limited ads, great gameplay, unique
Graphics aren't great

I personally believe that puzzle games are the best type of games you can really play on a mobile device, and Shikaku Ultimate for Android is another puzzle game that continues to prove me right about that. At least partially (there are plenty of other games that are great on mobile, too.)
So this is a grid-based puzzle game that includes number, but you’re not going to be fusing them together to create bigger numbers like you would normally do in a game like this. Instead, think something more akin to Minesweeper and a new puzzle game called The Witness.
The game doesn’t do a good job telling you what you’re supposed to do. It gives you a colored tile with a number on it and then there are blank tiles surrounding said colored tile. The number indicates how many tiles that colored tile is supposed to reach. So, if that tiles says “1” then it really can’t do anything except exist because that tile counts as one. If it says “2” then you can stretch that tile out to any other tile adjacent to it.
The game gets more complicated than that, however. You’ll eventually get to a point where the game will show a shape. Maybe that shape is a square, so you have to make sure it stretches out to cover four other tiles in the shape of a square. The puzzle element comes into play partly by figuring this stuff out, but also by having to deal with multiple tiles like this to fill out a large grid.
Shikaku Ultimate for Android is a really fun game because you do everything at your own pace. There are no time limits or scores you need to beat, it’s just you and the puzzles.
